Returns & Exchanges
At SO-EN Garments Corporation, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy.
Returns: We accept returns of unused and unwashed garments within 30 days of purchase. Please include the original receipt or proof of purchase, and ensure that the garment is in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our standards for return, and if approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
Exchanges: If you need to exchange a garment for a different size, color, or style, we offer free exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Please include the original receipt or proof of purchase, and ensure that the garment is in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Once we receive your exchange, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our standards for exchange, and if approved, we will ship the replacement item to you free of charge.
Defective Garments: If you receive a defective garment, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as necessary.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges of garments that have been worn or washed, or that are not in their original condition with all tags and labels attached. Shipping charges for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.
